Terms of Service

TOS

  • Please give brief details about the illustration that you want. preferably having the reference image of the character. Reference in paragraphs is also welcome. More clear reference, More easier for me to draw your character

  • I may decline your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfill your request or if my schedule does not fit.

  • No refund, once I started your queue can't be canceled.

  • Revision up to 3 times in every order, after that will have an additional fee.

  • No rushed deadlines! The average drawing time is 1-2 weeks to finish the commission (depending on irl work/queue)

  • If there are any delays or progress, I will personally tell you ASAP.

  • All prices listed are the base price for non-commercial use.

  • Commission will be delivered in a digital file to your E-mail or Google Drive link.

  • I have the right to post your commission on social media or portfolio.

  • You reserve the right to share your commissioned on your personal social media platforms.
    (If have credit will be appreciated!)

  • Don't claim it as your own.

  • Don't edit without my consent.

  • Don't reproduce it for sale.

Payment

  • Price may increase if the design is complex.

  • Prices in USD (If you're a local Thai, I accept local bank options as well.)

  • Full payment upfront via Paypal through invoice only (USD) or Local Bank (THB)

  • Don't send any payments until I have sent the invoice ❤

  • If your commission for commercial, please inform me before I start the sketch process, prices for commercial X2 from base price.

Process

  • Once I accept your commission and discuss the prices, I will send a PayPal invoice.

  • Please pay within 48 hours and I will start on the sketch process of your commission.

  • I will update during the sketch phase, the line phase, and after the final. (it's alright to ask for the updates)

  • Revision up to 3 times in every order.

  • Major changes (composition, pose, etc.) can only be requested during the sketch phase

  • Only minor revisions are allowed after the sketch phase include with 3 revisions like color adjustments or small detail that I miss.

  • After the final drawing is approved, I will send an Email or a link to Google Drive with the full resolution .png or .jpeg to you ❤
